Within my first year at Red Stack Tech they had sent me to Oracle OpenWorld 2014 which was a fantastic experience. Every year they send engineers to both Oracle OpenWorld and the UKOUG Tech conference. Since then they have helped me become more involved in the Oracle community through presenting at UK technology events and helped me develop closer ties with Oracle. They actively want individuals to push themselves forward both internally and externally and even help others outside of Red Stack Tech do this through sponsoring #ClubOracle events.”

For that time I had a lot of successes – spoke at Open World and UKOUG, became team leader, became employee of the year (twice) and I worked on some big and challenging projects. I have also specialized in Engineered Systems, Exadata in particular and installed more than 12 units in 2015 myself. The team and the management are very supportive as well – I was given a chance to achieve the highest DBA certification and I’m very happy to say that I passed the OCM 11g exam in April 2016. I’m excited  and looking forward on what would be the next challenge.”
